Buster McGee send all deliveries via Australia Post, using either Standard or Express Post. All orders placed via Bustermcgee.com.au come with full tracking details.

At this time, Buster McGee only deliver to addresses within Australia and New Zealand. We may add to this list in the future, so please stay tuned for updates. As of March 2023, we are unable to send Parfum/Fragrances to New Zealand.

Buster McGee aim to dispatch all orders on the day of receipt (with the exception of orders received over the Weekend, which will be dispatched on the following Monday).

Shipping can take up to 7 days, depending on parcel volumes and the time of year.

Most items are received within 4 working days from date of order.

We understand that no two brands are the same when it comes to sizing. Providing you have the original receipt and the item has not been worn and is in its original condition with the swing tag intact, we will do our best to exchange the item for the correct size or an alternative garment of choice to the same value.

Where this is not possible, we will offer a store credit for the item, provided the item is returned within 30 days of purchase.
