Shipping policy

Shipping policy for Online purchases:

Buster McGee aim to dispatch your online order on the same business day as date of purchase, for orders received by 4pm AEST.   Orders received after 4pm AEST will be dispatched on the next Business day. For any orders placed on a Saturday or Sunday, the goods will be dispatched on the following Monday.  

All deliveries are trackable and Buster McGee will provide you with your tracking number via email.

We use Australia Post for deliveries within Australia and you will be able to track the progress of your delivery via a tracking reference number.

From 26 June, customers who have registered with Australia Post's MyPost will be updated about the progress of your parcel via digital notifications*. If Australia Post has attempted delivery but no one was home, you will be notified via email, the Australia Post app, or by SMS.  If your parcel has not been successfully matched to a MyPost account, Australia Post will leave a card.

Buster McGee only ships to addresses within Australia and New Zealand

Australia

We offer FREE EXPRESS Post Shipping on all orders over a value of $75 for delivery within Australia.
For orders under $75, the rate will normally be $10 Australian.

New Zealand *

(As of March 2023, We are no longer able to send Fragrances/Parfum to New Zealand due to freight and Customs costs).

We offer FREE Shipping on all orders over a value of AU$150 for delivery to New Zealand.
For orders under AU$150, the rate will normally be $25 Australian.

  • For INTERNATIONAL deliveries you are responsible for any applicable taxes and customs duties which may be payable.

Christmas Postage - Lodgement dates

Click and Collect in-Store:
For any Items purchased online, we also offer the option to collect orders directly from our store which can be found at: 10-12 Howe Street, Daylesford, VIC, 3460.

The card used to make the online purchase and suitable ID will need to be presented upon collection of your order.
